Ingredients:
Pepper crusted tenderloin
Truffled lemon emulsion
Baby arugula
Shaved radishes
Shaved truffled peaches
Parmesan shavings
French shallot rings
What could be better than a fresh carpaccio for this hot season, I might go try it there this week!
