Mrs.Macchi why would you do this to a pregnant women, now I have to wait another 6 months to have most of these things, as my mouth still waters over them. Also thank goodness for that friend Bill, where would sushi be without him. Now I will start my countdown for the forbidden foods I so desire thanks to you!

Finally!! The merging of several of my favourites!! Sushi, Prosciutto, truffles and a love of top quality ingredients and top nothc presentation! I cannot wait to get to Kaizen, (Maybe for My Wife's B-day?) so I can enjoy two of everything in those amazing looking pictures!! I cannot wait!! Luckily her Bday is in a few weeks!!
And Mrs. Macchi! The new look site is amazing! Nini Titi stole my thunder, but I'll repeat, it's very inviting and warm…like i'm inside your own Kitchen! Keep up the good work!

Oh wow! MrsMacchi, thank you for such a lovely post! It’s such a pleasure to follow you on the Macchi Inc. fan page and here on your blog. Hivron, I love this post! Pictures are beautiful both yours and Cassady’s. I will be there this weekend for sure! Can’t wait to taste what’s on there especially the Huromaki with Prosciutto.
